Die Famile Gorrotxategi betreibt seit dem Jahre 1680 ihr kleines Gesch\u00e4ft mit angeschlossener Cafeteria, welches direkt am alten Kirchplatz liegt. Die handwerkliche Produktionsst\u00e4tte liegt etwas ausgelagert, kurz vor den Toren Tolosas. Hier arbeiten die beiden Br\u00fcder Gorrotxategi mit ihren 12 Mitarbeitern. Qualit\u00e4t ist hier das oberste Gebot. Es werden \u00fcber 100 verschiedene Kakaobohnen von zwei Bohnenr\u00f6stereien aus Frankreich importiert. Diese werden dann je nach Schokolade liebevoll \u201everm\u00e4hlt\u201c und je nach Typ veredelt. Dass hier alle Arbeitsschritte rein manuell ablaufen, versteht sich von selbst. Das Ziel der Familie Gorrotxategi war und ist es, ihre Tradition zu erhalten.
