Auf 32 Hektar werden die Rebsorten Merlot,  Cabernet Franc und Cabernet Sauvignon biodynamisch und unter naturnahen  Voraussetzungen kultiviert. Die Arbeitsweise im Keller ist klassisch  und die Weine werden anschlie\u00dfend in neuen Barriques, aber auch in  F\u00e4ssern aus Zweit- und Drittbelegung ausgebaut.<\/p>\n<p><u style=\"color: #660000;\"><b>Der Wein:<\/b><\/u> <br \/>Das Terroir des auf einem kalkhaltigen Plateaus gelegenen Ch\u00e2teaus  besteht insbesondere aus schweren Lehmb\u00f6den und erm\u00f6glicht den Reben  somit eine perfekte Reifeentwicklung. Die Trauben erlangen somit den f\u00fcr  diese B\u00f6den so typischen Fruchtcharakter. Der 2009er zeigt sich voller  verschwenderischer Fruchtaromen von Brombeeren, reifen schwarzen  Johannisbeeren, aber auch Tabak, reifer, s\u00fc\u00dflicher Paprika und Teer. Am  Gaumen opulent und klar, voller Kraft und Saft, mit einem harmonischen  Abgang. Im jetzigen Stadium ben\u00f6tigt diese Cuv\u00e9e aus 85 % Merlot und 15 %  Cabernet Franc noch viel Luft oder eine Karaffe.
