Auch sehr viel Rotwild und Wildschweine sind auf diesem bezaubernden St\u00fcck Land zu Hause. Nahe der Ortschaft Cogolludo, aber ansonsten fernab jeder Zivilisation, ohne Internet Verbindung und Handyempfang, baut die Familie Fuentes Fernandez hier die Rebsorten Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Gew\u00fcrztraminer und ein wenig Viognier an. Bereits 1998 wurde das Gutshaus gekauft und nach und nach restauriert und renoviert. Der ehrgeizige Plan, auf diesem einzigartigen Flecken Erde gehobene Weine zu produzieren, begann mit dem Jungfernjahrgang 2007, wobei f\u00fcr den privaten Konsum bereits \u00fcber 5 Jahre Wein produziert wurde. Mit dem Jahrgang 2009 erreichte die Familie aber erstmals einen wirklich gro\u00dfen Wurf. Die Tatsache, das weit und breit kein Weinanbau betrieben wird, l\u00e4sst die Familie als wahre Weinanbau Pioniere erscheinen. Ehrgeizig, flei\u00dfig und qualit\u00e4tsbesessen wird hier ein steiniger Weg gegangen, der sich aber f\u00fcr genussorientierte Menschen nach dem \u00d6ffnen einer Flasche Rio Negro 2009 mehr als rechtfertigt.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-9t0_9FvMBB8\/T2JTCuiyPYI\/AAAAAAAAJQM\/-t5FBK3ZJ5Y\/s1600\/P1040848.JPG\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"240\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-9t0_9FvMBB8\/T2JTCuiyPYI\/AAAAAAAAJQM\/-t5FBK3ZJ5Y\/s320\/P1040848.JPG\" width=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Unser Besuch auf Rio Negro begann mit einer kr\u00e4ftigen, typischen, traditionellen Heimatk\u00fcche, die an der Produktqualit\u00e4t und in der Zubereitung keine W\u00fcnsche offen lie\u00df. Zudem wurden die bereits produzierten Weine (2007, 2008, 2009) vertikal degustiert. Am anschliessenden Morgen wurden die Weinberge, das Terroir und diverse Fassproben inspiziert.
