Dort, wo ein Baske kocht, wird auf Produktqualit\u00e4t geachtet und, wie im Falle des Restaurant Dantxari in Madrid, auch die Zubereitung dieser Produkte auf den Punkt gebracht. Der Steinbutt in Knoblauchsauce war ein Gedicht. Selbstredend war die Knoblauchsauce aus frischen, jungen Knoblauchzehen zubereitet. Selbst in der ansonsten sehr klassischen Kochweise \u00fcberrascht dieses baskische Restaurant zudem zum Abschlu\u00df mit einem Eis aus Vollkornbrot oder einem Eis aus Pedro Ximinez Sherry.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;
