Im Falle des Lasartes in Barcelona kann man dies nur bejahen. So schmeckten zwar seine Klassiker wie die G\u00e4nseleber mit Aal, der fl\u00fcssige Meeresfr\u00fcchtesalat und das Landei nicht ganz so spektakul\u00e4r wie in seinem Stammhaus bei San Sebastian, waren aber dennoch \u00fcber jeden Zweifel erhaben. Gro\u00dfartig mundeten die Auster und das Carpaccio mit dem Senfeis. Insgesamt wie immer ein Men\u00fc wie aus einem Guss: ohne Schw\u00e4chen, einem netten Serviceteam und gute Stimmung nach genug gutem Cava und Wein.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;
