Aus dem kleinen \u00d6rtchen Ampuero schlengelt sich eine \u00fcber f\u00fcnf Kilometer lange, gleichnamige Stra\u00dfe den Berg hoch hinauf, bis man zu der jahrhundertalten Kirche gelangt, in der die sterblichen \u00dcberreste der&nbsp; heiligen Jungfrau untergebracht sind. Die Familie Solano bewirtschaftet, direkt auf der anderen Stra\u00dfenseite gelegen, eine Bar und ein Restaurant. Die Eltern k\u00fcmmern sich um die Bar und der Sohn Ignacio um das Restaurant, indem man erstaunliche, kulinarische Speisen und Produkte geniessen kann. Auf der einen Seite gibt es klassische spanische Gerichte, in denen die besten Produkte der erweiterten Region ohne gro\u00dfen Firlefanz auf die Teller gebracht werden. Wie z. B. Cecina, Jamon iberico, Foi, Anchovis, Pimientos oder aber auch einfach nur ein Kichererbseneintopf. Auf der anderen Seite gibt es eine ausgekl\u00fcgelte, feine K\u00fcche, in der die Zutaten zwar auch im Mittelpunkt stehen, diese dann aber mit anderen Ingredienzen fantastisch kombiniert werden. Ein wahres Feuerwerk von Aromeneindr\u00fccken waren hier der Kaisergranat auf gegrilltem Speckbauch vom Iberico, die G\u00e4nselebercreme mit frischer Spinatsauce, Frischziegenk\u00e4se in Aceto Balsamicogelee und der marinierte Bonitothunfisch mit Tomateneis. Selbst der etwas arrogante Service konnte nicht davon ablenken, das man hier wirklich Gro\u00dfes auf die Teller bekommen hat.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_12346\"
