Seine Kreationen sind fordernd, da sie neue Geschmackswelten \u00f6ffnen, und sich daher nicht immer auf den ersten Bissen erschlie\u00dfen. Die K\u00fcchentechniken sind aktuell, die hier verwendeten Zutaten aus der Region und immer \u00fcber jeden Zweifel erhaben, die Darbietung auf den Tellern reduziert und die Geschmacksmuster spannend, neuartig, sehr kreativ und sprengen bei einigen Gerichten sogar die bisher vorstellbaren Dimensionen der M\u00f6glichkeiten, bzw. \u00f6ffnen neues Wissen und damit Horizonte.
