Der dortige B\u00fcrgerkrieg und das f\u00fcr seine Heimat und Familie erlebte gro\u00dfe Leid lie\u00dfen ihn als 19 J\u00e4hrigen nach Portugal fl\u00fcchten. Sein Werdegang zum Koch begann als B\u00e4cker. Diese Ausbildung begann er bereits in seiner Heimat Bosnien und Herzegowina und f\u00fchrte diese als Zwanzigj\u00e4hriger in Lissabon weiter fort. Verschiedene Restaurants, Fernsehshows, Reisen durch ganz Europa, um die Geschm\u00e4cker der alten Welt f\u00fcr sich zu erkunden, und diverse Kochb\u00fccher lie\u00dfen Ljubomir Stanisic in seiner neuen Heimat Portugal zum Star werden. Trotz der ein oder anderen Pleite und wirtschaftlichen Konkurs lie\u00df er sich nie von seinem Kurs abbringen. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weine-feinkost.de\/unterwegs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/100_Maneiras_Lissabon_Portugal_1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weine-feinkost.de\/unterwegs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/100_Maneiras_Lissabon_Portugal_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-124367\"\/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"> <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Mit seinem Restaurant 100 Maneiras (100 M\u00f6glichkeiten) ist er nun auf der \u00dcberholspur. Anfang 2019 ist Ljubomir Stanisic mit seinem Restaurant 100 Maneiras in eine neue Wirkungsst\u00e4tte umgezogen. Das Restaurant liegt im Bairro Alto, der alten Oberstadt Lissabons, und ist in drei R\u00e4ume aufgeteilt. Dem Gew\u00e4chshaus, welches direkt nach dem Eingang folgt, einem gro\u00dfen Esszimmer und einem Hinterzimmer. Die K\u00fcche schmiegt sich dabei in einer langen Schlauchform an das Esszimmer an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier kocht Ljubomir nun innovativ, radikal und dennoch mit sehr viel W\u00e4rme und jeder Menge Fingerspitzengef\u00fchl ganz gro\u00df auf. Bei dem ein oder anderen Gang hat man fast den Eindruck, dass hier Essen und Arrangements neu erfunden werden. So spannend, vibrierend und andersartig wirken die dargereichten Kombinationen und so mutig, vielschichtig und wild knallt es auch an den Gaumen. Sein Men\u00fc im Restaurant 100 Maneiras nennt Ljubomir Stanisic &#8222;seine Geschichte&#8220;. Diese wird in 17 kleinen Happen oder auch Momenten zelebriert und folgt Ljubomirs Stationen durch die Welten des Genusses. Seine Speisen sind Interpretationen aus seiner Heimat, und Wurzeln kommen hier genauso auf die Holztafeln und Teller, wie viele andere Erfahrungen seines Lebens. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erlebt im Januar
