Der junge Koch Alberto Ferr\u00faz hat unter anderem bei den beiden spanischen Kochlegenden Quique Dacosta und Martin Berasategui gelernt und kreiert in einem wundersch\u00f6nen renovierten, alten Landhaus eine innovative und kreative K\u00fcche.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So liebreizend wie seine modernen Kreationen auf den Tellern aufblinken und munden ist hier auch die Landschaft rund um das Restaurant BonAmb. Beg\u00fcnstigt durch ein einzigartiges Klima gedeihen hier Flora und Fauna im perfekten Einklang mit der Natur, und aus dieser kann die K\u00fcchencrew aus dem Vollen sch\u00f6pfen. Die Teller sind dabei reduziert, intensiv in ihren Komponenten und begeistern durch ihre subtilen Aromen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BonAmb bedeutet im valencianischen \u00fcbrigens \u201eSch\u00f6ne
