Nach einem Studium der Kochkunst im Basque Culinary Center in Donostia-San Sebasti\u00e1n hat er noch eine Lehre beim gefeierten Grillrestaurant Elka\u00f1o in der kleinen Hafenstadt Getaria absolviert. Hier lernte I\u00f1aki bei der Grilllegende Aitor Arregui noch das perfekte Grillhandwerk obendrauf kennen. Der Wunsch nach einem eigenen Lokal wurde schnell erf\u00fcllt und in Donostia-San Sebasti\u00e1n in der Calle Louis-L Bonaparte N\u00ba 8 umgesetzt. Das Restaurant liegt ziemlich abseits und dann auch noch relativ nah an dem Zubringer der Autobahn Richtung Bilbao und auch das Interieur erweckt einen ziemlich normalen Eindruck. Ein Barbereich und ein recht schmuckloses angeschlossenes Restaurant erinnern eher an eine Trucker Bude als ein gutes Speiselokal. Aber von dieser \u00e4usseren Fassade sollte man sich nicht t\u00e4uschen lassen, denn I\u00f1aki Azkue Esnal ist ein wahrer Handwerker und kleiner Zauberer in seiner K\u00fcche. Hier im <strong>El Vaskito<\/strong> schafft er es, aus gnadenlos guten Zutaten eine typische, baskische Produktk\u00fcche zu zelebrieren. Das Restaurant <strong>El Vaskito<\/strong> ist noch ein richtiger Geheimtipp, aber wird es sicherlich nicht mehr lange bleiben &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-tiled-gallery
