An diesem lauen Maimittag sind zahlreiche Tagesausfl\u00fcgler auf touristischer Erkundungstour durch die historische Hafenstadt unterwegs. Die Region und die Stadt stecken in der Krise, ein Einwohnerverlust von rund 25% in nur 25 Jahren spricht eine deutliche Sprache. Da kommen die Tagestouristen von den gro\u00dfen Schiffen gerade recht. C\u00e1diz hat darauf in Teilen mit einer Anpassung des Gastronomieangebots rund um die Megaschiffe reagiert, leider nicht zum Besseren: primitive, \u00fcberteuerte Massenabfertigung statt Qualit\u00e4t. In den hinteren Seitenstra\u00dfen hingegen bleibt alles beim Alten: bescheidene, konservative und g\u00fcnstige Trinkhallen und Bars, die der puren Lebenslust fr\u00f6nen. Pures und unkommentiertes Leben als Gegenentwurf zum effekthascherischen, fotobesessenen und schnelllebigen Social-Media-Dasein, das immer gieriger nach dem n\u00e4chsten Kick und Klick verlangt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Sherry-Bar <strong>La Manzanilla<\/strong> bleibt einer der letzten Felsen in der Brandung, und was f\u00fcr einer! Eine Handvoll bester Sherrys aus Sanl\u00facar de Barrameda, dazu auf Wunsch K\u00e4se, Schinken, Anchovis, Thunfisch und Manzanilla-Oliven, serviert in einem wohltuenden und ruhigen Ambiente, das jedem Kreuzfahrtschiff und seinen Insassen das F\u00fcrchten lehren d\u00fcrfte.
