Gastronomie Konzepte \u00e4ndern sich im Laufe der Jahre genauso wie die Gewohnheit gutes Essen aufzunehmen. So wurde im Beaumont in der niederl\u00e4ndischen Grenzstadt Maastricht \u00fcber 100 Jahre eine deftige, vom Elsass gepr\u00e4gte, K\u00fcche gekocht. Heutzutage wollen die meisten Menschen allerdings nicht mehr steif in \u00fcberdekorierten R\u00e4umen sitzen und Kalorien- und Cholesterin Bomben verspeisen. So wurde aus dem Restaurant ein Bistro mit offener K\u00fcche in lockerer, lauter und stimmungsvoller Atmosph\u00e4re geschaffen. Die Speisen werden frisch \u00e0 la minute zubereitet, erfreuen sich guter Zutaten und werden handwerklich ohne Schn\u00f6rkel auf die Teller drapiert und von einem bemerkenswert kompetenten und freundlichen Personal auf die Tische balanciert.<\/p>\n

Auch das Preis- Leistungs Verh\u00e4ltnis erfreut sich, so wie es sich f\u00fcr ein Bistro geh\u00f6rt, einer au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich guten Wertigkeit. Musikalisch wird hier nicht nur Chilliges, sondern auch Jazziges geboten. Ein Ort, wo man nicht nur einen Abend verbringen m\u00f6chte.<\/p>\n
