Fruchtmonster, die aus gro\u00dfen Tanks in der Retorte erzeugt werden und mit der Natur nichts mehr zu tun haben. Dies ist nat\u00fcrlich v\u00f6lliger Bl\u00f6dsinn, und so kann man aus jedem Terroir dieser Erde, ob \u201eneue\u201c oder \u201ealte\u201c Welt, hervorragende Tropfen aus dem jeweiligen Boden gewinnen. Wie zum Beispiel diesen Pinot Noir aus Santa Barbara. Der Hitching Post 2012 von Hartley Ostini ist ein herrlich nach Veilchen, Teer und besonders Weichsel duftender Rotwein. Auch im Geschmack knackige S\u00e4ure, gaumenummantelnde, frische Kirschfrucht und ein sauberer Abgang. Dass dies ein \u00dcberseewein sein soll, kommt einem nicht in den Sinn. Dieser Tropfen best\u00e4tigt mal wieder, dass wir uns in unserem Kopf sehr stark von Vorurteilen leiten lassen, was nicht nur falsch ist, sondern auch sehr gef\u00e4hrlich sein kann.<\/p>\n
