Mit Blick auf die Berge und Sicht auf einen Hang (wo die Esel grasen) verstr\u00f6men die Grillaromen, welche von unten aus der K\u00fcche nach oben auf die Sitzpl\u00e4tze ziehen, eine beruhigende Atmosph\u00e4re. Schnell und zielstrebig wird das Men\u00fc auf den Tisch gebracht. Gang f\u00fcr Gang offenbart die Grillk\u00fcche wieder einmal mehr die Schmackhaftigkeit&nbsp; dieses Hauses. Hier ist alles wie essbares Gold. Vom hausgebackenen Brot bis hin zur Chuletta der galizischen Kuh werden hier Erinnerungen und Urinstinkte geweckt. In solchen Momenten kann man froh sein, dass der Mensch das Feuer geb\u00e4ndigt hat und auch bald darauf den Grill erfunden hat. Dass es noch solche &#8222;Griller&#8220; wie Victor Arguinzoniz gibt, ist mehr als sch\u00f6n und somit bleibt das Mahl f\u00fcr immer in bester Erinnerung.<\/p>\n<p><a
