Hier f\u00fchrt die Familie Arana seit fast 100 Jahren ihr bodenst\u00e4ndiges Handwerk: die Kochkunst. Inmitten von beeindruckenden Bauten reicher Industrieller, die hier ihre Sommerresidenz haben, wirkt das Restaurant Jolastoky fast klein und ein wenig k\u00fcmmerlich. Im Inneren sowie auch auf den Aussenterrassen blitzt dann aber die Pracht und G\u00fcte einer langen und gro\u00dfen Vergangenheit auf. Hier wirkt alles ein wenig altbackend, verspielt und t\u00fcdelig. Bevor das Essen kommt wird einem auch recht unwohl, da solche St\u00e4tten doch zumeist von ihrem alten Ruf leben. Im Jalostoky ist diese erste Bef\u00fcrchtung jedoch vollkommen unbegr\u00fcndet. Im Gegenteil, hier wird noch ein Handwerk gepflegt, welches von Generation zu Generation weiter gegeben wurde. Nachdem sich die Speiser\u00e4ume gef\u00fcllt haben wird auch die Stimmung in den R\u00e4umen immer lauter und besser. Der Spanier und auch der Baske sagen zu solchen Lokalen &#8222;lo de siempre&#8220;, das sind die Restaurants, wo man schon immer aufgrund der herausragenden Qualit\u00e4t hingegangen ist&#8230; und solche Lokalit\u00e4ten sollte man zum Weltkulturerbe ausrufen!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weine-feinkost.de\/unterwegs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Jolastoky_Getxo_Spanien_10.jpeg\"><img
