Hier handelt es sich eher um ein wirklich gutes Bistro als um ein Restaurant. Die typischen Bistrost\u00fchle und Tische stehen sehr eng beieinander, die Atmosph\u00e4re ist locker und entspannt, der Blick aus den Fenstern dieser Lokalit\u00e4t offenbart herrliche Aussichten auf die sehr sch\u00f6ne Herengracht und die von der sehr freundlichen Bedienung aufgetragenen Speisen k\u00f6nnen ohne wenn und aber \u00fcberzeugen. Die K\u00fcche liegt zwar im Untergeschoss, kann aber sehr gut durch eine Art Fenster eingesehen werden. Hier wird sauber und akkurat gekocht, gebraten und garniert. In jedem Fall eine gute K\u00fcche, die ihre stark franz\u00f6sischen Wurzeln weder leugnen kann noch muss. Es geht also auch gut, schmackhaft und bezahlbar in den nicht gerade als kulinarisch bekannten Niederlanden.<\/p>\n
