Essencia Wine Bar & Store<\/strong><\/p>\n

In Ortsteil Gros in San Sebastian hat das alte Restaurant Andra Mari endg\u00fcltig seine Pforten geschlossen und das gegen\u00fcber liegende Weingesch\u00e4ft Essencia ist in diese R\u00e4ume gezogen. Im ersten Stock besteht weiterhin die M\u00f6glichkeit, sich die spannende Auswahl von Naturweinen anzusehen und diese k\u00e4uflich zu erwerben. Im unteren Teil gibt es nun Pintxos und hervorragende Weine. Die meisten Winzer, die hier vertreten sind, gehen komplett neue Wege; deren Weine sind nat\u00fcrlich ausgebaut und spiegeln ihr Terroir wieder. Kein einfaches Konzept, aber es ist ehrlich und der ein oder andere Tropfen, der noch vollkommen unbekannt ist, wird morgen wahrscheinlich schon der Avantgarde der spanischen Weinszene zuzurechnen sein. Ein tolles Gesch\u00e4ft, welches mit Seele und viel Enthusiasmus gef\u00fchrt wird.<\/p>\n
