\nPintxos im Narru sind immer eine Klasse f\u00fcr sich. Allein der Blick direkt auf die Concha bringt das Blut in Wallung und l\u00e4sst hormonelle Gl\u00fcckshormone durch den K\u00f6rper flie\u00dfen. Den Tomaten f\u00fcr den Tomatensalat fehlte zwar jahreszeitlich bedingt noch ein wenig die Reife, aber das Salmorejo macht selbst diesen kleinen naturbedingten Fehler sofort wieder wett und geh\u00f6rt ohne Zweifel zu den besten kalten Suppen der ganzen Stadt. Ein Traum von einem Pintxo dann das Steinpilzrisotto mit G\u00e4nseleber. F\u00fcr eben einmal so und f\u00fcr kurz einmal zwischendurch eine mehr als respektable K\u00fcchenleistung.
