Agorregi – Donostia-San Sebastian- Spanien<\/strong><\/p>\n

Das kleine Restaurant Agorregi liegt immer noch ein wenig abseits in einem Gewerbegebiet der Stadt Donostia-San Sebastian und verbreitet auch sonst nicht wirklich viel Charme. Eine braune Markise, eine kleine Bar und ein recht kleiner Speiseraum mit ein paar Tischen, die dezent weiss eingedeckt sind, wirken schlicht und ohne gro\u00dfe Emotionen. Aber das, worauf es in guten K\u00fcchen ankommt, das Essen, ist hier ohne Fehl und Tadel. Den Auftakt machten die sehr klassischen, cremigen Iberico Kroketten gefolgt von einem ausgezeichneten Gazpacho mit gutem Iberico-Schinken aus der Extremadura. Das Gourmet Men\u00fc hatte daraufhin zwei sehr gute G\u00e4nge der baskischen K\u00fcche zu bieten. Fein gew\u00fcrzt und cremig mild das Knoblauch-Kartoffel P\u00fcree mit eingelegtem Gem\u00fcse am Glasboden und ein Langostino, welcher f\u00fcr sich alleine schon ein Hochgenuss war. Das Bonito Marmitako, ein typisches Eintopfgericht aus dieser Region, begeistert darauf mit den warmen Aromen von eingekochtem, frischem Gem\u00fcse und zart gegartem Thunfisch. Ungew\u00f6hnlich daraufhin, aber nicht minder lecker, das baskische Landhuhn mit frisch angebratener G\u00e4nseleber und Pochas. Einen w\u00fcrdigen Abschluss bildete dann die Joghurt Panna Cotta mit wei\u00dfer Schokolade und frischen Himbeeren. In Agorregi vergisst man sehr schnell die Umgebung und nimmt nur noch das wahr, was vom Teller in den K\u00f6rper kommt… und das ist ja auch das Wichtigste.<\/p>\n
