Das birgt Spannung im Glas und zeigt exemplarisch auf, wie unterschiedlich Weine aus der Rebsorte Riesling schmecken k\u00f6nnen. Die Weine von K\u00fchling-Gillot fussen auf dem ber\u00fchmten Rotliegenden und die Battenfeld Spanier Weine auf verschiedenen Kalkformationen. Eine Vertikalprobe der verschiedenen Weine vom Gutswein bis zum Gro\u00dfen Gew\u00e4chs machten dann auch klar, dass das Terroir sehr wohl immens wichtig f\u00fcr den Geschmack im Wein ist. Die Riesling Weine von K\u00fchling-Gillot zeichneten sich allesamt durch eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Cremigkeit, viele Zitruselemente, vollreifes Steinobst und eine stattliche reife L\u00e4nge im Nachhall aus. Je nach Qualit\u00e4tsstufe und Lage wurden die Weine immer facettenreicher, dichter und voller in ihrer Frucht.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Battenfeld Spanier Weine wirkten in ihrer Art eher puristischer, dichter und verschlossener. Weniger Prim\u00e4rfrucht, mehr steinige Elemente und frische Kr\u00e4uteraromen zeigen hier den Weg, den die Traube durch die B\u00f6den gewinnt. Die komplett biodynamisch arbeitenden Betriebe geh\u00f6ren ohne Frage zu den spannendsten, facettenreichsten und besten Weing\u00fctern Deutschlands, und bei den trockenen Rieslingen ohne Frage zu den Top Ten der Welt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eine Vormittagsprobe, die von der Spannung und der Qualit\u00e4t her wesentlich besser als jeder zweite Sonntags Tatort war, hinterl\u00e4sst pure Begeisterung und ein Dankesch\u00f6n an die Menschen, die den Mut haben, ihren eigenen Weg so konsequent zu gehen, dass solche genialen Weine entstehen k\u00f6nnen.
