Milagros – Elexalde – Spanien<\/h2>\n

Ein ziemlich spannendes Gesamtkonzept bietet das Restaurant Milagros in dem \u00d6rtchen Elexalde, welches nur einen langen Steinwurf vom Kantabrischen Meer entfernt liegt.<\/p>\n

Gestartet als rein mexikanisches Restaurant kamen dann nach kurzer Zeit japanische Sushi und Sashimi dazu. Auch baskische K\u00fccheneinfl\u00fcsse gesellten sich dann noch in das Konzept und so gibt es hier nun einfach alles, was es eben so zu essen gibt und das Ganze nennt sich dann einfach Fusion K\u00fcche.<\/p>\n

Da der Spanier im allgemeinen (und der Tourist im besonderen Abends und auch Mittags) gerne bei Chill Out Musik in Bars rumh\u00e4ngt, musste dieser G\u00e4stewunsch konsequenter Weise auch noch in die Tat umgesetzt werden.<\/p>\n

Sp\u00e4testens zu dem Zeitpunkt, wo sich der Gast nach ein paar Tortilla Chips, jeder Menge Sushi, Wok Pasta, gegrillter G\u00e4nseleber und einem z\u00fcnftigen Schokoladen Dessert und mindestens einer Flasche Wein mit anschlie\u00dfendem Gin Tonic ein bisschen warm gegessen und in jedem Fall lustig getrunken hat, wird es auch Zeit, der hier angebotenen, letzten Konzeptidee zu fr\u00f6nen. Leicht anges\u00e4uselt und pappen satt kann der Gast hier n\u00e4mlich auch noch auf Shopping Tour gehen. Die Umkleidekabine wird einfach mit ein paar Stahlstangen im Garten aufgebaut und neben vielen bunten Stoffhandtaschen kann hier Mode, bevorzugt aus S\u00fcd- und Mittelamerika, anprobiert und gekauft werden.<\/p>\n

Ein irgendwie schr\u00e4ger und lustiger Laden, in dem es sich aber ordentlich speisen l\u00e4sst und wo das Konzept schon ein Konzept an sich ist.<\/p>\n\n
