Inmitten der Vogesen liegt in der von W\u00e4ldern und H\u00fcgeln umgebenen Ortschaft La Vancelle das bezaubernde Restaurant Frankenbourg. Hier, wo sich Hund und Katze gute Nacht sagen und Hase und Igel begeisternde Wettrennen auf einsamen Waldwegen liefern, wird auch noch sehr gut gekocht. Es handelt sich dabei um eine franz\u00f6sische K\u00fcche, die sich nicht davor scheut, moderne K\u00fcchentechniken einzusetzen und den Gast einmal auf etwas andere Geschmackswege zu f\u00fchren. Das klappt nicht immer perfekt, ist aber dennoch ambitioniert, herzlich und extrem locker pr\u00e4sentiert.<\/p>\n

Hier im Restaurant Frankenbourg macht das Dinieren einfach Spa\u00df und genau so muss es auch sein.<\/p>\n
