Das Restaurant Fuhrmann liegt im 8.\nWiener Bezirk und ein ungeplanter und spontaner Mittagsbesuch\nbegeisterte auf Anhieb. \n<\/p>\n\n\n

In einem einfachen, kleinen und gem\u00fctlichen Ambiente wird schon beim Anblick der im Gastraum leeren Weinflaschen klar, dass hier Menschen mit viel Weinverstand am Werke sind. So stellt sich im Nachhinein auch heraus, dass der Gastgeber Hermann Botolen ein bekannter Sommelier ist und seinen G\u00e4ste seine offenen Weine bevorzugt aus Grossflaschen kredenzt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der hier agierende junge K\u00fcchenchef Sascha Hoffmann hat unter anderem bei den Wiener Institutionen Plachutta und Steirer Eck gearbeitet. Die Speisenkarte im Fuhrmann ist positiv reduziert. Eine moderne \u00f6sterreichische K\u00fcche mit lokalen und saisonalen Zutaten wird hier mit viel Liebe und recht flott aufgetischt. Die Aromen der Gerichte sind unheimlich warm, von den Zutaten her perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt und begeistern mit ihrer unaufgeregten Art. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die hier gebotene Weinauswahl setzt dem\nganzen noch die Krone auf. Wahrlich ein Ort zum genie\u00dfen und\nschwelgen. \n<\/p>\n\n\n
